Ploughing without limits

With the Juwel 10, LEMKEN now presents its most powerful mounted reversible plough with up to seven furrows, which is specially designed for large tractors and the hardest of operating conditions. With a performance range of up to 450 hp, depending on equipment and the number of furrows, this machine is even capable of replacing a more complex semi-mounted plough. With a 160 x 160-mm frame and a rotation axle with a 130-mm diameter, the Juwel 10 is a powerhouse that masters even the most difficult of conditions

Onland mode for better traction

The onland version of the Juwel 10 can be used with tractors up to four metres wide and equipped with dual wheels or tracks.

The onland pivoting system is designed to maintain an adequate distance to the furrow edge at all times

High durability

A damping cylinder in the plough headstock reduces tractor strain and protects both tractor and implement components at headlands and during road transport.

Safe on the road

The upper link does not need to be uncoupled for road transport and therefore ensures high operator comfort and substantially greater safety, as there is no need for operators to move between the tractor and plough

Onland or in the furrow? Both are possible!

The OF version of the Juwel 10 permits both on-land and in-furrow ploughing.

• The plough can therefore be used with both soil-preserving wide tyres and tracked tractors
• Easy conversion to ploughing in the furrow if traction is insufficient in very wet conditions

Easy adjustment of the tilt angle from the tractor cab

The Juwel 10 is optionally available with a memory turnover mechanism and hydraulic angle adjustment from the tractor cab.

Ploughing and reconsolidation in one step

For optimal reconsolidation, the Juwel 10 can be combined with an integrated FlexPack furrow press, which automatically adjusts to the working width of the plough.

The Juwel 10 is available with inter-body clearances of 90, 100 and 120 cm, with 3 to 7 furrows, for tractors with up to 450 hp.
